The King with Balcony at 30 m² is the one to book: it is twice the floor area of the Queen, it sleeps three, and it has a balcony onto a square that is worth looking at. The 42 m² Suite and the 43 m² King Suite with Balcony are the top of the range. One thing we could not establish, and you should check before paying: which of these rooms actually face the square, as opposed to the rear. On a square with late-night bars, a balcony is a feature and a nuisance at the same time, and the feed did not distinguish square-facing from rear-facing rooms. Ask, and if you are a light sleeper take the rear.
